Open since Aug. 11, 2008, this combo coffee counter and sweet shop is so very Philly. That means absolutely everything is made in-house, crafted off-site locally, or sourced from Philly purveyors: La Colombe coffee and espresso, Bassett's ice cream, baked goods, cookies, cheesecakes, chocolate-covered pretzels and much more. We can't stop thinking about Cream and Sugar's fresh-made bagel schmears, which include strawberry and honey walnut cream cheeses. They're open daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Delivery service, business breakfasts, and kosher bakery are all available at this cozy and fun new new addition to the neighborhood.
