UCD helps entrepreneurs start new businesses, and we strengthen existing ones. We provide assistance throughout the process: finding a storefront, zoning, licensing and permitting, helping to find financing, even assistance with grant applications. UCD has assisted dozens of businesses, 17 on Baltimore Avenue alone.
