The Partnership CDC is again offering free community energy conservation workshops on March 21 and April 18. Participants will receive expert advice and a free energy kit including efficient light bulbs, shower heads, weather-stripping and other items to start reducing energy usage at home now. Stay warmer this winter, help the environment, and prepare for the expiration of PECO's rate caps! Workshops will be held at the PECO Financial Education Center at 4027 Market Street from 8:30 am – 1pm.
