Traffic Advisory for Penn Relays
ADVISORY:
Please note that Penn Relays begins April 20, 2009. Pedestrian and vehicular traffic is expected to greatly increase near Franklin Field until Saturday evening April 25, 2009. To accommodate the Penn Relays, the eastbound lane of South Street between 33rd and 32nd Streets has been closed.
If possible, it is recommended to seek alternate routes and to remain clear of this area while commuting and traveling to and from Penn.
STREET CLOSURE DETAILS:
Dates: April 20, 2009 – ~April 27, 2009
Where: South Street eastbound between 33rd Street and 32nd Street will be closed. One lane will be open for westbound traffic only. South Street will re-open to eastbound traffic early next week.
PARKING PATRONS AND PENN MUSEUM VISITORS: Garage 7, Penn Tower Garage and the Museum of Archeology can be accessed using Health Sciences Drive & West Service Drive during this closure.
