Brower Propulsion Laboratory: BPL-003, Moranic to Montana
in the Esther Klein Gallery at 3600 Market St.

A series of documents, artifacts, and spacecraft from the Brower Propulsion Laboratory (BPL) will be on view and undergo testing in preparation for BPL's upcoming third full-scale exploratory mission: BPL-003, Moranic Mission To Montana.  BPL is a quasi-fictitious aerospace company created by Steven Brower in 2007. Next Fab Studio, Grand Opening
at 3711 Market St.

Next Fab Studio operates in partnership with the Science Center's nonprofit Breadboard program to bring the arts and technology educational and innovation opportunities to the broader community.  Next Fab Studio is a membership-based technology workshop and prototyping center. The new facility provides workspaces with tools, 3D printers, computer controlled machine (CNC) tools. For more information, visit nextfabstudio.com


Breadboard is a hybrid program that explores intersections between contemporary art, design, science and technology. Expanding on 30+ years of Esther Klein Gallery programming, Breadboard's mission is to convene communities around creative applications of technology. Breadboard is the non-profit partner of NextFab Studio, a new membership-based, high-tech workshop and prototyping center located at 3711  Market St. Breadboard manages two venues located at the University City Science Center: the Esther Klein Gallery and the Breadboard Community Space.
