Landlords who fail to properly care for their properties and tenants who disregard their responsibilities damage University City's quality of life.

If you are having a long-standing problem with your landlord or tenant, and s/he refuses to address your concerns, contact UCD by email or phone, 215 243 0555. UCD will then contact the landlord, relevant student affairs office, or the police. If the landlord is listed with Penn's Office of Off-Campus Living, please contact them directly at 215 898 8500.

For loud parties and disturbances, contact the UCD Police substation at 215 243 0667, Monday to Saturday from 8 am-2 am.
