Vacant / Nuisance Properties

Vacant and derelict properties can be magnets for drug use, crime, and trash. If you know of such a property, UCD can work with you to address the problem:

Contact UCD by email or phone, 215-243-0555, to get the name and address of the property owner.
Contact the property owner by mail stating your concerns and send a copy to Jannie L. Blackwell, 3rd District Councilwoman, 408 City Hall, Philadelphia, PA 19107.
Register a complaint with the Philadelphia Department of Licenses & Inspections by email or phone, 215 686 2463.
