Caitlin Garozzo Named Executive Director of the West Philadelphia Skills Initiative

We’re pleased to announce that Caitlin Garozzo has been promoted to Executive Director of the West Philadelphia Skills Initiative. Cait is a proven leader who brings a deep commitment to identifying and creating opportunities that promote equity, support growth, and provide meaningful solutions for employers and WPSI participants. She began her workforce career as a case manager for the EARN Program and served as the program director of an area non-profit focused on professional support.

Since joining WPSI in 2017, Cait has held numerous roles, most recently serving as Managing Director. Her experience and passion are in designing holistic and responsive programs aimed at preparing people for the modern workforce. Cait holds a Bachelor’s degree from The College of New Jersey and a graduate certificate in Social Impact Strategy from The University of Pennsylvania. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
