Now that summer is here in Philadelphia, we're excited to announce more new events at Trolley Portal Gardens, the public space we designed, built, and manage at 40th and Baltimore! Below, see a list of upcoming events and other reasons to visit Trolley Portal Gardens.

Brunch, Dinner, or Drinks at Renata's Kitchen

Renata's Kitchen, our restaurant partner at the Trolley Portal, is one of the neighborhood's top brunch spots, featuring a cozy atmosphere, a full bar, and a mix of Mediterranean and American fare. The large patio is perfect for happy hours, meals with friends, and watching all the action on Baltimore Avenue!
