University City District (UCD) and the Baltimore Avenue Business Association are excited to announce the return of the Baltimore Avenue Dollar Stroll on Thursday, June 7 and Thursday, September 13, 2018. The event draws thousands of neighbors and visitors to enjoy $1 specials from participating vendors.

Beginning in 2018, University City District will accept applications from temporary community food vendors to participate in this event as official participants. The purpose of selecting official vendors is to ensure all food vendors are in compliance with Philadelphia Health Department codes and regulations for the safety of the public. Selected vendors will be included on maps and marketing materials for the event.

Vendors not in compliance with the Health Department codes and regulations will not be able to vend at the events. Representatives from the Health Department will be present during the Dollar Stroll to inspect vendors, and those not in compliance risk being shut down.
