Lee's Deli, a West Philly institution since 1993 and home to such unique creations as the Game Over Cheesesteak is sporting quite the makeover, a $20,000 makeover, to be precise. Potter is economic development manager of the University City District, and Blakely runs the Merchants Fund, which offers grants to small businesses. Family-owned companies are a vital asset to our neighborhoods and corridors," Blakely said in an e-mail.
