DESCRIPTION:A beloved West Philly tradition is back! The 26th Annual Halloween Little Tot Parade returns on October 31\, bringing families\, costumes\, and community cheer to Spruce Hill. \n\n\n\nGather with neighbors starting at 4 p.m. on 45th Street between Baltimore and Larchwood\, then watch the parade step off at 4:30 p.m.\, heading east along Larchwood. The celebration concludes at “Little Osage” (42nd & Osage)\, where tots and families can enjoy cider\, baked goods\, and festive treats from local businesses and community partners. \n\n\n\nNeighbors along the route\, please remember that roads will be closed from 3:45–5 p.m.\, and parked cars must stay put during the parade. \n\n\n\nCostumes\, smiles\, and community spirit are all welcome—come join the fun!
