El Mictlan

El Mictlan is the vision of Executive Chef Chelo Manzanarez, who was born and raised in Acapulco Guerrero on Mexico’s West Coast. At El Mictlan, he blends his culinary heritage with contemporary flavors to create visually striking, deeply flavorful dishes. Rooted in his family’s time-honored recipes and driven by a passion for meaningful food experiences, Chef Chelo brought this concept to life with the support of his loved ones.

Mucho Perú

Mucho Perú was founded by Brizna Rojas and Aldo Obando, who got their start running a bakery and pastry shop in Lima, Peru. After moving to the U.S. in 2016, they began hosting brewery pop-ups throughout Philadelphia, quickly earning a loyal following and a residency at Triple Bottom Brewery. Their journey is grounded in a deep love for Peruvian cuisine and a desire to share it with their new community. As they grow, their sights are set on opening a permanent space to continue celebrating the flavors of Peru.

Sahbyy Food

Sahbyy Food first took root at the Southeast Asian Market in FDR Park, a bustling outdoor market where vendors sell homemade dishes that reflect their culinary traditions. It was there that Sahbyy founder Pidor Yang made waves blending traditional and local cuisines, including their popular lemongrass cheesesteak. After drawing long lines and selling hundreds each weekend, Sahbyy Food is now building on that momentum with their brick-and-mortar set up at Gather.

Federal Donuts & Chicken

Federal Donuts & Chicken has been providing comfort food since 2011, introducing Philadelphia to the irresistible pairing of fried chicken and fresh-made donuts. Founded by a team of chefs that include James Beard Award–winning restaurateurs Michael Solomonov and Steve Cook, the shop quickly became a local staple. Known for crispy, perfectly seasoned chicken, inventive donuts, and great coffee, it stands as a true hometown favorite.
