The State of University City 2023

On Wednesday, April 26th, University City District held our annual State of University City event. We were joined by key partners and stakeholders for a celebration of 25 years of University City District as we released our new State of University City 2023 publication. UCD president Matt Bergheiser mapped out key development and innovation stories from the past three years, while acknowledging the contributions of University City District over the last 25 years. 

Now that our event is complete, we're pleased to share an electronic version of The State of University City 2023. The State of University City 2023 documents the district’s status as a regional leader in innovation and development, and provides an in-depth guide to 50 development projects – academic, commercial, public space, residential and more – that continue to transform University City, along with other economic development indicators.
