Repair Fair at West Philly Tool Library

Welcome to our repair fair at WPTL! Bring one item that need to be repaired. This item should be a handheld power tool or small appliance. We have limited experience/equipment to handle lithium batteries or gasoline/combustion engines, so we don’t recommend bringing those items in. Get hands on as a pro helps YOU diagnose and repair your item, as part of WPTL’s mission to reduce waste and develop skills. In the event that we can identify a part/component that needs to be replaced, we will either recommend a supplier or we will sell you the item at-cost, and notify you when it arrives!

Registered participants will be assisted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please plan on joining the waiting list when you arrive. Each person registered is welcome to bring 1 item to be repaired.

Please register. If “sold out”, walk-ins are welcome as space allows.

The cost of this event is FREE, but we kindly ask that you make a donation that goes directly towards the material used and the professionals who are helping make this event happen!
