The Baltimore Avenue Dollar Stroll: Returning June 4th and September 3rd

Our Baltimore Avenue Dollar Stroll will take over Baltimore Avenue between 40th and 51st Streets for two evenings in 2026. Community food vendors and community merchandise vendors are invited to apply to join us as official vendors for the Stroll. We include all selected vendors in our marketing materials, including on our Dollar Stroll web collateral and in printed maps handed out the evening of each Dollar Stroll event. If you are interested in vending at our Dollar Strolls on June 4th and September 3rd,  submit your interest by contacting Margaret Leidy Starke, Director of Programs and Partnerships, at margaret@universitycity.org.

Spruce Hill May Fair: Apply by May 3

The 68th Annual Spruce Hill May Fair returns to Clark Park on Saturday, May 9, inviting local artisans, makers, and community organizations to showcase handmade goods and connect with neighbors at one of the neighborhood’s longest-running traditions!

Those interested in vending are encouraged to apply by May 3rd in order to be considered.

In 2026, the popular West Craft Fest is scheduled to return to the Woodlands (4000 Woodland Avenue) on Saturday, April 25th, with a rain date of Sunday the 26th. The West Craft Fest features hundreds of local vendors selling original items made by hand. If you’re interested in learning more and applying, sign up for the Craft Fest’s mailing list to be the first to know finalized details.

West Philly Bizarre in Clark Park: Rolling Deadline

Ever wonder how to vend at Clark Park during summer weekends? Applications are now open for West Philly Bizarre, the beloved neighborhood market spotlighting handmade goods, vintage, art, and local makers all season long. Vendors pay a $10 application fee plus modest per-market vending costs, and food or consumables are not permitted. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so early submissions are encouraged as space fills throughout the season.

Juneteenth at Malcolm X Park: Rolling Deadline

Vendor registration is now open for the 2026 Juneteenth Cultural Marketplace at Malcolm X Park. On Sunday, June 21, from 12 – 8 PM, thousands will gather for a full day of celebration, culture, and community as part of the nation’s largest Juneteenth Parade and Festival. The marketplace offers vendors a chance to share their products with a wide, engaged audience in a high-energy, citywide setting. Businesses and makers interested in being part of the celebration are encouraged to apply!
