Family Yoga at Sunset Social

✨Family time just got a mindful twist!✨

This summer, Little Yoga Squad and Ms. Mariah invite families to join them for donation-based Family Yoga at Sunset Social! 🌞🧘🏾‍♀️ From June 15th to August 31st, participants of all ages and abilities can move, breathe, and connect through playful, accessible yoga sessions designed for everyone. 💛

🎒 Bring: water, comfy clothes, a yoga mat, and a favorite stuffed animal for meditation!

Family Yoga is donation-based to keep it open and accessible to all — give what you can, and come as you are. 💫
