First Course

choice of:

BUBBLE BREAD: 2 pieces of freshly toasted bread made with garlic, butter, cream cheese, parmesan, and even more garlic.

CAESAR SALAD: the Tijuana classic romaine salad with homemade croutons and shredded parmesan

BUFFALO SHRIMP: 4 pieces of crispy fried shrimp tossed in our homemade buffalo hot sauce served with bleu cheese dip

 

Second Course

choice of:

SURF AND TURF: a delightfully tender 8oz steak cooked to your temperature with a jerk dipped shrimp skewer. Sided with mashed potatoes and grilled squash and zucchini.

VEGGIE FAJITA: a fun delicious entree served on a sizzling tequila-fired skillet of sautéed vegetables. Includes sour cream, guacamole, Pico de Gallo, shredded cheeses, tortillas, and Mexican rice

CHICKEN CHIMICHANGA: marinated pulled all white meat chicken, cheddar cheese, mixed vegetables wrapped in a flour tortilla, fried and served over our homemade tomatillo salsa and topped with Pico de Gallo and sour cream. Served with mexican rice and beans.

HONEY GLAZED SALMON: our grilled salmon filet with our honey mustard glaze, topped with mango salsa and served with mashed potatoes and asparagus

 


Dessert

CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE: served warm with whipped cream

COOKIE SANDWICH: two warm chocolate chip cookies stuffed with vanilla ice cream and rolled in mini chocolate chips
