26th Annual Spruce Hill Tot Parade

October 31, 4:40 PM – 6:30 PM

A beloved West Philly tradition is back! The 27th Annual Halloween Little Tot Parade returns on October 31, bringing families, costumes, and community cheer to Spruce Hill.

Gather with neighbors starting at 4 p.m. on 45th Street between Baltimore and Larchwood. Please remember that roads will be closed from 3:45–5 p.m., and parked cars must stay put during the parade.

Costumes, smiles, and Halloween spirit are encouraged!

VHS Club: Spooky Season at the Arts League

Mark your calendars, VHS Club is firing up the VCR for Spooky Season double features of Halloween classics every Friday night in October! The screenings include classics such as “Candyman” (1992), “Night of the Living Dead” (1968), “Psycho” (1960) and more!

All Month 

Halloween season is here, and all neighbors are invited to get in on the fun! The West Philly Fright Registry lets residents from roughly 45th to 60th Streets and Market to Baltimore share their Halloween plans, whether that’s handing out candy, decorating, or hosting an event. Add your Halloween stops to the West Philly Fright Registry to have your home or event included on the neighborhood map and help others find festive fun nearby.

Halloween takes center stage at Curio Theatre (4740 Baltimore Ave) with Dracula: A Comedy of Terrors! This 90-minute, laugh-out-loud reimagining of the classic vampire tale brings sharp wordplay, pop culture twists, and quick-changing performances to life, making it the perfect treat (and trick!) this season.

Sunset Social is getting in on the Halloween Fun above the clouds! Come by the rooftop lounge for spooky movies all day, lawn games on the green, candy, popcorn and more! Costume contest at 3pm – open to all ages.
