30th Street Station Bells Across PA Unveiling

On Friday, April 17th, join Amtrak officials for an unveiling of their Bells Across PA replica Liberty Bell at Gray 30th Street Station. “The Ringing Railroad” by artist Sean Martorana invokes the stunning Art Deco architecture of the William H. Gray III 30th Street Station, a major stop along Amtrak’s northeast corridor. Martorana weaved images of trains throughout “The Ringing Railroad” bell and the bell’s four sides feature “N,” “S,” “E” and “W” marking cardinal directions and the constant movement the train depot has provided to generations of residents and visitors. The unveiling will take place outside of Gray 30^th St. Station – West Portico (30th St. Side).
