The Porch, located on the south side of 30th Street Station, is one of Philadelphia's premier public spaces. The Porch features lunch from rotating food trucks, pop-up performances, lush landscaping, outdoor drinks in warmer weather, and plenty of places to relax.

MAY 2022 SCHEDULE

  • Tuesdays: Deke's BBQ serving slow-cooked BBQ favorites
  • Wednesdays: Burrito Feliz slinging Mexican menu items including some of the city's best birria tacos
  • Thursdays: Two Street Sammies offering traditional Philadelphia sandwich options including cheesesteaks, roasted pork, and more
  • Fridays: Pitruco brick oven pizza specializing in gourmet 12" Neopolitan style pizzas

 

JUNE 2022 SCHEDULE

  • Tuesdays: Cotton's Place, a West Philly institution offering burgers, wings, cheesesteaks, and more 
  • Wednesdays: Red Stone Pizza Truck, with classic pies and inventive creations 
  • Thursdays: TNT Smoke 'N' Go offering BBQ favorites like brisket, ribs, smoked chicken, mac and cheese, and more
  • Fridays: Pitruco brick oven pizza specializing in gourmet 12" Neopolitan style pizzas

Batalá Philly presented by SEPTA Sounds 

Batalá Philly is an all-percussion band playing Afro Brazilian Samba Reggae that originates in Salvador, Brazil. They are the local chapter of a global collective of over 40 bands, playing music taught to us by their maestré Giba Gonçalves with instruments and costumes from Salvador de Bahia. They are a dynamic and passionate group of community musicians. Batalá Philly is all volunteer and open to anyone regardless of race/religion/gender identity/economic status.

Michael Joe Vitale presented by Make Music Philly

Indie folk singer songwriter Michael Joe Vitale performs at The Porch as part of Make Music Philly - an annual open-access, free “do it yourself” festival taking place in various neighborhoods in Philadelphia on June 21st.

Swing That Cat presented by SEPTA Sounds 

Swing That Cat is a sonic cocktail! Take jump blues and swizzle with swing, add a dash of cabaret jazz and a splash of Bourbon Street. Shake it all up with rhythm and rumble, and you'll leap off your seat to dance your tail off!
