Each summer, UCD partners with neighborhood businesses and community organizations to present two editions of the Baltimore Avenue Dollar Stroll.
Local businesses and community vendors participate by offering special one-night-only deals for $1, $3, or $5 while local musicians and artists provide entertainment up and down Baltimore Avenue from 40th Street to 51st. Launched in 2010 as a way of attracting visitors to this unique commercial corridor, the Dollar Stroll has grown into a beloved community tradition that draws thousands to the neighborhood.
The Baltimore Avenue Dollar Stroll will return in 2026 for two Thursday evenings, one in June and one in September, from 5 to 8 PM. Dates TBD!
