If you ride the #13 trolley down Chester Avenue, you have a new farmers market option on Wednesdays. Just get off at 58th St., from 2pm-6pm, and check out the brand new Kingsessing market, brought to you by The Food Trust, and running until November 23rd. The market will feature produce from Mary Stoltzfus's farm including a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables like peaches, cantaloupes, watermelon, blueberries, zucchini, tomatoes, kale and chard, beets and onions, and more.  AK Baking will also be there, featuring traditional Amish baked goods like whoopee pies, fruit pies, sliced bread, zucchini and banana bread, and more. The market accepts WIC checks and FMNP vouchers, as well as credit, debit and Access cards. Click here for more information.
