We are making some changes to the schedule at The Porch due to the arrival of cold weather. We will now be welcoming only a single truck each day for weekday lunch vending. We've also expanded the hours of La Chocolatera, the new vendor of drinking chocolate, coffee, and baked goods. See more details on both below!  

Warm up in the chilly weather with La Chocolatera, now vending five days a week from the turquoise cube on the western edge where the Pub was previously located. La Chocolatera's hours will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM, and Thursdays from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. La Chocolatera offers bean-to-cup, organic, and sustainably sourced hot chocolate, as well as their own huge marshmallows, freshly roasted coffee from High Point Roasters, baked goods from Four Worlds Bakery, and deviled eggs. 

La Chocolatera imports their cacao from small, independent growers predominantly in Central and South America and turn it into rich, dark chocolate at their facilities in Mt. Airy. They'll be offering the following flavors:

  • “Original” is made with deep and rich 65% dark chocolate
  • “Dulcé” is a bit sweeter (like a milk chocolate) but still not overly sweet
  • “Hint-o-Mint” has a subtle infusion of organic peppermint oil
  •  “Mayan Chili Spice” evokes an ancient elixir, made with Ancho chilis, cinnamon, and vanilla beans

  • Dos Hermanos - Tacos, burritos, and other authentic Mexican specialties 

Tuesdays:

  • Have a Ball - Meatball-inspired items plus Philly and Italian classics

Wednesdays:

  • Haley Quinn's - Offering a new perspective on traditional American picnic foods

Thursdays:

  • Schmear It (Breakfast) - Philly's first and only food truck serving bagels with personalized, custom-crafted cream cheese schmears
  • PaperMill Foods - Fresh, Asian-inspired menu of bowls, Banh Mis, and the original Spurrito (spring roll burrito) 

Fridays: 

  • Pitruco Pizza - Brick oven pizza specialists serving made-to-order 12" Neopolitan style pies
